Quality Care at Your Convenience
Telehealth enables you to remotely connect with clinicians for healthcare services and information by phone, tablet or computer. Utilizing user-friendly, HIPAA-compliant video and communications technology, this service allows you to see and speak with a doctor or advanced practitioner just as you would during an in-person consultation — all in real time, respectful of social distancing practices, and from your own home, office or anywhere you may be.

To start a virtual visit, you will need:
- A credit or debit card for visit payment
- Photo ID
- A list of current medical issues, prescription or over-the-counter medications you are taking, and allergies you have
Hours of Availability: Monday – Saturday, 8 am – 7 pm; Sunday, 8 am – 5 pm ET
Price: $125
*Your insurance will not be billed for this service.
Controlled drugs or narcotics will not be prescribed during this visit.

Is Virtual Care Right For Me?
Through Telehealth, we offer patients convenient access to our providers for assessment, advice, education, intervention and monitoring. Telehealth can be used if you are experiencing the following symptoms or conditions:
- Cold symptoms
- Flu symptoms
- Sinus infection
- Allergies
- Coughing or wheezing
- Bronchitis
- Diarrhea
- Nausea and/or vomiting
- Urinary tract infection
- Earaches
- Sore throats
- Concerns over COVID
- Skin conditions/rashes
- Chronic care for current patients who are stable (where appropriate)
Telehealth is not to be used in the case of an emergency. Call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
- Change in mental status
- Change in neurologic status
- Abrupt onset of weakness in an arm/leg
- Slurred speech
- Sudden visual change
- Chest pain
- Feeling like you are going to pass out
- Severe abdominal pain that continues to increase
